The ideal candidate possesses deep Machine Learning experience, a strong understanding of how LLMs and AI systems function, and knowledge of modern AI safety and governance approaches. They should also demonstrate flexibility in adapting to new AI capabilities and tools, possess strong business acumen to understand and support business processes with AI, and have excellent communication and partnership skills.
The Senior AI Agent Lead will create and manage impactful Generative AI agents that enhance productivity and unlock new revenue opportunities. Responsibilities include crafting canonical agents, ensuring cost-effectiveness and successful workflow integration, developing evaluation datasets to monitor performance and guide build vs. buy decisions, analyzing usage patterns for optimization, and reimagining business workflows with AI automation. The role also involves sharing AI expertise within the AI Center of Excellence, supporting company-wide AI training, and staying at the forefront of AI advancements to advise on new methods and tools.
