Requirements

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in developing business relationships and ensuring technology alignment. This role requires a strong understanding of AI, including building LLM-powered agents using platforms like MS Copilot studio and Salesforce Agentforce, and designing orchestration flows with frameworks such as Agentforce, CoPilot, LangGraph, CrewAI, or LangChain. Experience with retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) tied to internal documentation and data warehouses is also necessary.

Responsibilities

The Principal AI Architect will lead, own, and govern the vision, roadmap, architecture design patterns, data tools, and principles for the AI Center of Excellence (CoE) to align with the overall IT strategy. They will architect and develop agentic IT capabilities to improve business operations, workload orchestration, and user-facing automation. Responsibilities include building LLM-powered agents for various use cases, designing agent collaboration flows, implementing RAG strategies, and working closely with application teams, business partners, infrastructure, and automation teams to embed AI capabilities.
