Responsibilities

The Sr. Administrative Assistant will manage and prioritize the Chief Product Officer's calendar across time zones, including meeting logistics, preparation, and travel coordination. This role involves coordinating travel, expenses, and event planning, including department offsite logistics and leadership meetings. The assistant will also provide ad hoc scheduling and coordination support for Product & Design VPs, prepare briefing materials, track deliverables, and follow up on action items. Responsibilities include drafting, editing, and coordinating internal and external communications, supporting customer engagement efforts, and assisting with calendar planning for Product-wide rituals. The role requires building strong cross-functional relationships, maintaining discretion and confidentiality, and providing backup support to other Executive Assistants and leadership team members.
