Requirements

Proficiency with computer software, effective communication skills, exceptional customer service, consultative, analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills are required. Knowledge of automobile terminology and purchase/sale documentation, along with 50-state DMV knowledge for title and registration processing and multi-state compliance, is essential. The ability to work efficiently from a home office is also necessary.

Responsibilities

The DMV Operations Assistant will be responsible for processing titles and registrations in adherence to multi-state compliance and 50-state DMV knowledge. They will maintain and influence Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for consistency and effectiveness, follow all work rules, procedures, and lawful directions from supervisors, and uphold company confidentiality policies. Additional duties as assigned may include activities not fully detailed in the job description.
