As a DMV Operations Assistant, you will be a member of the title & registration team, with responsibilities including:

• Having 50-state DMV knowledge related to title and registration processing, adhering to multi-state compliance.
• Understanding and following all work rules and procedures, and following lawful directions from Supervisors.
• Maintaining and influencing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and effectiveness.
• Upholding the company's non-disclosure and confidentiality policies and agreements.
• Other duties* as assigned.

What You’ll Need

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• Experience with DMV operations within the automotive industry.
• Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn an array of computer software.
• Effective communication skills via any means with individuals of any level internally and externally.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Outstanding organizational and leadership skills.
• Ability to efficiently work from a home office environment.
• Knowledge of automobile terminology and purchase and sale documentation.

Physical Requirements

General office (including home office) environment requiring ability to:

• Sit for extended periods of time.
• Clearly speak and listen to others in person, via computerized virtual meetings, and over the phone.
• Type using a keyboard and read from a computer screen and reports.

Base Pay Range: $30,800 - $52,900

Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including location, skills, and experience. The total compensation package may include salary, bonuses, and other benefits.
