  • Develop and implement a strategic account plan
  • Gain comprehensive understanding and utilization of business figures to maximize regional opportunities
  • Acquire excellent business knowledge and willingness to share and present with colleagues and the surrounding environment
  • Utilize and coordinate resources through understanding of the customer journey
  • Take leadership in activating resources to support customer needs
  • Collaborate with internal teams and cross-functional colleagues to develop programs and initiatives
  • Gain comprehensive understanding in utilizing various interaction channels according to the OmniChannel account strategy
  • Support successful patient outcomes
  • Closely monitor the progress of new patients with HCPs (depending on the region and in accordance with legal requirements/restrictions)
  • Inform HCPs and other stakeholders about access (e.g., infusion) and reimbursement programs (depending on the region) to ensure adequate service
  • Ensure product availability (if applicable) and collaborate with internal compliance experts to ensure all activities comply with relevant laws and regulations
  • Maintain knowledge leadership regarding technological trends and digital
