Requirements

Candidates should possess 10+ years of sales experience within a software or solutions sales organization, demonstrated experience establishing trusted relationships with current and prospective clients at executive and cabinet level, and a proven ability to produce new business, negotiate deals, and maintain healthy Program Director relationships. They should also have an understanding of agency mission and prior experience selling to an agency’s mission, along with the ability to understand the “bigger picture” and ServiceNow’s plans around IT, and a willingness to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

As a Sr Account Executive, the individual will provide strategic leadership to clients, serve as the relationship manager between customers and ServiceNow, work with solution teams to develop ServiceNow solutions based on customer strategic outcomes, manage executive relationships for assigned accounts in the Aerospace and Defense industry, oversee worldwide development of assigned accounts, build trust and relationships across client organizations, develop a roadmap for capabilities, and achieve financial targets including Licenses, Renewals, and Professional Services.
