Requirements

Candidates should possess 10+ years of strong sales performance delivering high-value SaaS solutions to complex business problems in large enterprises, including selling to the C-suite at FTSE 500 companies. They must demonstrate a drive for success, hustle, and a strong desire to win, along with being a collaborative, thoughtful, resourceful, and curious problem-solver. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, high-growth company environment are also required, as well as experience with MEDDPICC and Command of the Message sales methodology.

Responsibilities

The Enterprise Account Executive will drive new business to Firstup’s ideal customer profile through value-based selling, demonstrate the platform’s differentiation, and develop and execute a go-to-market strategy within the assigned territory. They will lead the sales process from initial meeting through close, orchestrate other roles into the process, build business cases, stay updated on product enhancements, deliver demos, develop and manage a pipeline of qualified opportunities, and maintain accurate customer information in Salesforce.com and provide timely reports.
