Position Overview

Quantcast is redefining digital advertising as a global Demand Side Platform (DSP) powered by AI. We empower marketers to connect with the right audiences and deliver measurable results across the Open Web, leveraging cutting-edge measurement and consumer analytics. Since 2006, we've pioneered industry firsts, including the original measurement platform for digital publishers and the first AI-driven DSP. We are seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking Senior Account Executive to join our team.

Role: Senior Account Executive

As a Senior Account Executive, you will be responsible for engaging with agencies and their online advertising clients within your designated geographic area. Your role will involve nurturing existing customer successes and forging new relationships with top marketing professionals in the industry.

Responsibilities

  • Revenue Growth: Actively identify and pursue new revenue streams, driving growth through new business acquisition, up-selling, and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Client Management: Manage comprehensive client communication, strategic planning, and resolution of account challenges to ensure high client satisfaction.
  • Relationship Building: Strengthen executive-level relationships within assigned accounts.
  • Sales Acumen: Demonstrate strong communication skills (phone, email, in-person) and the ability to work independently to acquire new clients.
  • Negotiation: Lead contract negotiations to support new sales and expand existing accounts.
  • Forecasting & Data Management: Manage revenue forecasting using Salesforce.com and ensure accurate sales data recording.
  • Team Engagement: Facilitate and organize team-building events with clients.

Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum 5-8 years of sales experience in programmatic, ad tech, and online advertising.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Outgoing and adept at creating professional relationships.
  • Industry Knowledge: Experience in audience-based selling of digital media.
  • Technical Understanding: Strong understanding of the fundamentals of online advertising processes and technology.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary Range: The expected annual base salary for this position is $124,900 - $145,100.
  • Additional Compensation: Eligibility for a performance bonus and equity.
