The Senior Account Executive will identify new revenue streams and drive account expansion through new business, up-selling, and cross-selling. Responsibilities include managing client communication, strategic planning, resolving account challenges, and strengthening executive-level relationships. The role involves leading contract negotiations, managing revenue forecasting using Salesforce.com, and ensuring accurate sales data recording. Additionally, the executive will organize team-building events with clients and work independently to acquire new clients.
