Responsibilities

The Squad Lead / Delivery Manager will develop and implement comprehensive project plans, foster a collaborative environment, and establish a shared vision for project success. Responsibilities include formulating and proposing strategic adjustments, fostering transparent collaboration among stakeholders, identifying and proposing process improvements for optimization, proactively managing risks and issues, and inspiring, motivating, and guiding the delivery team.
