The Creative Lead, Copy will lead the conceptual development and execution of video and TV campaigns, including writing scripts for various formats and platforms like :15/:30 spots, YouTube, OTT, and paid social. They will also develop scripts for UGC, influencer collaborations, and podcast hosts. Responsibilities include collaborating with internal and external creative teams, stretching creative abilities across other channels as needed, writing persuasive copy with clear CTAs based on consumer research, ensuring a consistent brand voice, and optimizing creativity based on performance data.
