Requirements

Candidates must have 2 or more years of investment industry experience as an Investment Representative or similar role. Required credentials include the Canadian Securities Course (CSC), Conduct and Practices Handbook Course (CPH), and Derivatives Fundamentals and Options Licensing Course (DFOL). Strong analytical and prioritization skills, comfort with data analysis, excellent communication abilities for explaining complex concepts, and proficiency in navigating multiple applications are essential. Bilingualism in French/English is considered an asset.

Responsibilities

The Investment Representative will execute manual trades in collaboration with the Trade Desk and support the Client Success team by assisting clients across phone, chat, and web channels. Responsibilities include explaining investment, personal finance, and stock trading concepts simply, identifying operational improvements for trading processes, monitoring and improving operational processes with the back-office, building training materials for Client Success teams, and participating in feedback loops for new product features.
