Requirements

  • Be able to work in an environment where deadlines are very tight and adapt very quickly to the needs of the business
  • Be bilingual in French and English
  • Have general computer skills (Office365)
  • Have basic knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations
  • Have warehouse experience, supervising and/or managing employees

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate leadership: manage, motivate and maximize employee performance (team of 15 to 20) in the sorting area
  • Be organized: plan the work flow and ensure that employees understand and perform their tasks well. Ensure the onboarding of new sorters in the station
  • Be productive: set performance goals and deadlines in line with organizational plans
  • Multitasking: prepare and organize the sorting station (boxes / envelopes), supervise all activities related to sorting packages and monitor the progress of packages per hour according to established objectives
  • Be diligent: ensure the cleanliness of the work area and the use of safe work methods and behaviors within his team
