Requirements

Candidates should have 8+ years of experience in Product, Product Consulting, Solutions Engineering, Enablement, or related roles, a proven track record of Procore product knowledge, strong understanding of product lifecycle, expertise in developing and implementing successful training and enablement programs, excellent presentation and communication skills, strong project management skills, and the ability to translate complex product information into clear, concise, and engaging enablement materials.

Responsibilities

The Solutions Engineering & Product Enablement Partner will develop and deliver comprehensive enablement programs for SE/Solution Specialist GTM teams, including onboarding, ongoing training, and readiness initiatives; collaborate with Product, Marketing, and SE leadership to align training content and messaging; create, audit, and maintain enablement content such as product guides, battlecards, and training materials; lead live and virtual training sessions and workshops; keep GTM teams updated on new product features and industry trends; equip customer-facing teams with product knowledge and confidence; analyze enablement and business performance data to identify gaps and measure program effectiveness; manage cross-functional enablement projects; and create new hire ramp plans and ongoing training materials.
