Requirements

The ideal candidate should have 1-2 years of experience in sales enablement, sales operations, or a similar role in a B2B environment, with industry and startup experience being a plus. They should possess a strong understanding of sales methodologies, tools (CRM, sales enablement platforms, etc.), and metrics, along with experience with sales training programs and content management. Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce) and sales enablement platforms (Showpad) is also required.

Responsibilities

As a GTM Enablement Specialist, you will build and execute BDR team onboarding and continuing education programming, including content creation, delivery, certification, coaching, and tracking success metrics. You will oversee the management and distribution of sales collateral within Showpad, partnering with content generating teams to ensure materials are up to date and shared effectively. You will assist the Enablement Team in the design and delivery of training programs focused on sales skills, product knowledge, and sales processes, while also monitoring and tracking the performance of sales enablement programs and resources. Additionally, you will support the deployment of onboarding programs for new sales hires, facilitate the flow of information between teams, curate and disseminate newsworthy information to Sales, and analyze sales data to identify trends and challenges, sharing findings with sales leadership for ongoing coaching.
