Candidates should have 8+ years of experience in Product, Product Consulting, Solutions Engineering, Enablement or related roles, and a proven track record of Procore product knowledge. Strong understanding of product lifecycle and how to support different teams in maximizing product knowledge is required, as well as expertise in developing and implementing successful training and enablement programs. Excellent presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal, are also necessary, along with strong project management skills and the ability to translate complex product information into clear, concise, and engaging enablement materials.
The Solutions Engineering & Product Enablement Partner will develop and deliver comprehensive enablement programs for SE/Solution Specialist GTM teams, including onboarding, ongoing training, and readiness initiatives. They will collaborate with Product, Marketing, and SE leadership to ensure training content and messaging align with product roadmaps and go-to-market strategies, create and audit enablement content such as product guides and battlecards, lead live and virtual training sessions, and equip customer-facing teams with the tools and confidence to effectively present product offerings. They will also analyze enablement and business performance data to identify gaps, measure program effectiveness, and define training priorities, manage cross-functional enablement projects, and gather feedback from stakeholders to refine programs and improve learner experience.
