Requirements

Candidates are required to have a minimum of 5 years of related experience and a Bachelor’s degree, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. A Master’s degree or PhD without experience is also acceptable. Strong product knowledge and the ability to provide technical expertise to sales staff and customers are essential.

Responsibilities

The Solutions Engineer will provide pre-sales technical support for the development and implementation of complex products, assist sales staff in assessing customer needs, prepare product specifications, create design and implementation specifications, build mini-applications for demonstrations, provide consultation, and assess product capabilities. They will also report on issues and resolve them creatively, working on diverse problems and networking with internal and external personnel.
