Technical expertise in SaaS platforms and understanding of public safety, security, and commercial loss prevention is preferred.
The Solutions Engineer will lead discovery sessions to identify customer requirements and success metrics. They will align tailored demonstrations and design deployment strategies that integrate Flock’s platform with existing workflows. Responsibilities also include building Statements of Work (SOWs) and Proof of Concept (POC) plans, guiding customers through the sign-off process, and ensuring successful deployments by bridging technical and business needs.
