Requirements

Candidates should have at least 3 years of experience as a sales or solutions engineer, support engineer, or in a related technical role. Ecommerce knowledge, particularly within the Shopify ecosystem, is required. Experience in a revenue-driving, customer-facing role and a strong understanding of front-end web technologies like JavaScript and CSS are essential. Responsibilities

Solutions Engineers will collaborate with sales, customer success, product, and engineering teams to help customers realize their conversational commerce vision. They will support the sales team by demonstrating advanced use cases, managing proof-of-concept projects, and serving as a technical advisor throughout the sales cycle. Responsibilities include building a strong technical understanding of the Postscript platform and its integrations, documenting customer requests for the Product team, creating technical content for customer implementation, and providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance. They will also act as a creative problem solver for unique customer needs and collaborate with partners on technical integrations.
