Candidates are required to have 3+ years of front-end development experience in a SaaS or startup environment, expertise in React, TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+), and modern front-end frameworks, strong experience with CSS-in-JS libraries, familiarity with Next.js, Webpack, and front-end build tools, and experience with Git-based workflows, CI/CD pipelines, and agile methodologies. A strong understanding of cross-browser compatibility, accessibility, and front-end security best practices is also required.
The Front-End Engineer will be responsible for developing and optimizing scalable UIs using React, TypeScript, and Next.js, designing and developing reusable UI components, implementing efficient state management solutions, integrating RESTful and GraphQL APIs, ensuring fast load times and smooth rendering by optimizing bundle size, lazy loading, and caching strategies, implementing mobile-first, responsive UIs while adhering to WCAG accessibility standards, writing unit and integration tests, and collaborating with product and engineering teams to deliver seamless, high-performance user experiences.
