The Solutions Engineer will support customers, prospects, and the community by delivering deep learning solutions and automating support using AI techniques. They will collaborate with go-to-market teams, researchers, and engineers to streamline the support experience by identifying technologies, integrations, and workflows. Responsibilities include identifying and solving fundamental customer issues through automated solutions, creating new training data, vetting automation tooling, triaging immediate issues, problem-solving bugs, and making product improvements to enhance the customer experience. The role involves engineering and building novel solutions, advising on integration best practices, leveraging technology for business value, and working with a technical codebase from a customer-first perspective.
