Responsibilities

  • Serve as the front line for the Support Engineering team, working closely with product engineers, product managers, customer experience, and partner experience teams to diagnose and resolve issues with digital life insurance products
  • Act as the first line of support for issues too complex for general CX, requiring engineering involvement
  • Review tickets for accuracy, solve less complex issues, and escalate tickets needing Tier 2 and Tier 3 support to senior team members
  • Work jointly with external/internal engineers, product managers, customer experience, tier 2/3 support, and account managers to provide bug fixes and solutions as they arise
  • Work closely with internal CX as well as Tier 2/3 to coordinate bug fixes and guide internal engineering teams to understand external partner limitations and issues
  • Monitor first-to-know services on a fixed cadence to ensure the product is never unusable to partners and their customers
