As an expert within our Sales team, you will leverage your skills in technical consulting and project management to enable leading software vendors to build exceptional customer experiences with Paddle and overcome technical challenges. You will provide high-touch support to our UK and EMEA accounts, collaborating closely with Sales, Success, and Product teams.

Responsibilities

  • Communicate confidently with C-suite executives and senior developers to assist them in building outstanding customer experiences.
  • Develop integration plans and sample code to facilitate seller implementations of Paddle.
  • Support Account Executives on customer calls to drive new business.
