Requirements

Candidates should have excellent web technologies experience including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, along with an understanding of how these technologies work together. Experience using and integrating APIs is required, as are strong interpersonal and customer management skills developed in a customer-facing role. The ability to discuss technical concepts with both technical and non-technical audiences is essential, and an understanding of online payments infrastructure, ideally with experience in this area, is preferred.

Responsibilities

The Solutions Engineer will become an expert on the Paddle product suite, including the checkout, dashboard, and APIs. They will communicate confidently with C-suite and senior developers to support them in building customer experiences and assist them in overcoming technical challenges. Responsibilities include writing integration plans and sample code, supporting Account Executives on customer calls, working with Customer Success Managers for customer onboarding, playing a role in product development by communicating issues and feature requests, and contributing to public and internal documentation. The role also involves being a role model for new and junior team members.
