Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, along with a strong understanding of the RingCentral Ecosystem, including UCaaS solutions, legacy voice, data networking, and security. Experience in pre-sales technical roles and familiarity with carrier sales is desired, as well as the ability to translate business requirements into solutions.
The RingCentral Carrier Sales Engineer will partner with AT&T Business segments, direct sellers, and Channel Partners to drive technical sales of AT&T Office@Hand in the US Western States. This role involves general partner enablement and training, conducting remote and onsite product demonstrations, co-selling, prospect network readiness, solution validation via Proof of Concepts (POCs), business development, monitoring collaborative teams, managing customer feature requests, lab testing, continued education, and supporting AT&T’s events. The primary objective is to work with end customers and partners to understand and translate their business requirements into solutions that deliver business benefits, while also collaborating with AT&T sales and technical teams, and participating in technical presentations and product roadmap development.
