Requirements
Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, along with a minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably within the technology or background screening industry. Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills are essential, as is the ability to understand complex technical concepts and translate them into client-friendly solutions. Prior experience supporting enterprise sales teams and navigating complex sales cycles is highly desirable.
Responsibilities
The Sr Specialist, Customer Solutions will support the global Sales and Account Management teams on complex, enterprise opportunities by providing demonstrations and subject matter expertise to accelerate the sales and onboarding process. They will collaborate with Sales, Account Management, Onboarding, Marketing and Product Management to drive growth, ensure scale and increase customer satisfaction. This role will focus on supporting complex global enterprise prospects and clients, driving the successful penetration of new industries/markets through demonstration support, discovery, subject matter expertise and process walks. Additionally, the Specialist will partner with the Onboarding team to ensure accounts are onboarded efficiently, and with Product Development to shape product roadmaps that address competitive gaps and strategic deals.
