In this role, you will act as a technical expert within our Sales team, leveraging your skills in technical consulting and project management to empower leading software vendors. You will help them build exceptional customer experiences with Paddle and overcome any technical challenges. You will provide white-glove service to our US accounts, collaborating closely with Sales, Success, and Product teams.

Responsibilities

  • Become an expert on the Paddle product suite, including the checkout, dashboard, and APIs.
  • Communicate confidently with C-suite executives and senior developers to support their integration of Paddle.
  • Develop integration plans and sample code to assist sellers in implementing their own Paddle integration.
  • Support and empower Account Executives on customer calls to win new business.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success Managers to ensure smooth customer onboarding and launch.
  • Contribute to product development by communicating issues and feature requests to the Product and Engineering teams.
  • Contribute to public and internal documentation.
  • Act as a role model for new and junior team members.

Requirements

  • Excellent web technologies experience, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with an understanding of how these technologies work together.
  • Experience using and integrating APIs.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer management skills developed in a customer-facing role.
  • Ability to discuss technical concepts with both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Understanding of online payment infrastructure, ideally with experience in this domain.
