Requirements

Candidates should possess a PhD – Passion, Heart, and Desire to build their own legacy at Deel, demonstrating a self-driven hunter mentality with a growth mindset and an entrepreneurial DNA. They should have at least three years of experience as an Account Executive selling global payroll solutions at a unicorn start-up within the technology sector, along with proven ability to develop champions and execute complex sales cycles, leveraging internal resources as part of a ‘Win-as-One’ strategy. Experience with process/playbook selling methodologies, such as MEDDIC or Challenger, is a plus.

Responsibilities

The Solutions Consultant will establish and develop a strategy for identifying and closing net new logos, focusing on demand generation activities to drive pipeline growth, and collaborating with in-country Account Executives on opportunities. They will navigate complex enterprise-market organizational structures to map stakeholders, build champions, generate buy-in, and close deals with C-level executives, primarily in HR, Finance, and Payroll management. The role involves effectively communicating the value proposition through proposals and presentations, managing all sales activity and monthly revenue forecasting in Salesforce, and working closely with a dedicated SDR to execute a GTM strategy.
