Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 6 years in a pre-sales, consulting, or software development role focused on enterprise software and cloud/SaaS solutions
  • Hands-on experience with marketing technologies, web development (HTML5, JavaScript, CSS), web protocols, and analytics tools
  • Outstanding communication and presentation abilities, with the skill to engage senior-level customers and guide discussions on business needs
  • Willingness to travel up to 40% for customer meetings and solution workshops
  • Prior experience working with U.S. Federal Civilian agencies is highly preferred

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with account executives to position Adobe solutions that address complex customer challenges
  • Lead discovery sessions to understand agency goals and requirements
  • Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations that showcase Adobe’s value and impact
  • Scope and architect solutions aligned to customer needs, including responses to RFPs and technical evaluations
  • Serve as a trusted advisor, articulating Adobe’s point of view and guiding customers through the technical sales process
  • Partner across Adobe’s ecosystem—including product, engineering, and customer success teams—to ensure alignment and drive long-term customer value and success
  • Support U.S. Federal Civilian agencies in modernizing digital experiences and improving service delivery through innovative, secure, and scalable solutions
