As a Senior Solutions Consultant - Partner SC, you will be the pinnacle of Solution Consulting expertise at LivePerson, driving strategic engagements and serving as a thought leader within the industry and our partner network. This role is a hybrid between a Solutions Consultant and a Sales Engineer, focusing on architectural design, technical strategy, enablement, and sales execution within the technology sector. You will partner closely with Solution Consultants, Sales Executives, Sales Leaders, Account Managers, and Professional Services teams to influence and secure the most strategic accounts and business initiatives along with our partners. Your efforts will be instrumental in achieving the North American regional revenue target, with commission incentives aligned accordingly. This role may require travel as needed to support strategic engagements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Architect and Deliver Demonstrations: Build and present sophisticated demos showcasing LivePerson’s core platforms, including Conversational Cloud, Conversational AI, Voice AI, and Conversational Analytics, integrating key partner technologies.
  • Develop Sales Strategies: Collaborate with sales teams to strategize on winning opportunities, architect innovative solutions, and ensure seamless product integration into customer infrastructures.
  • Provide Technical Expertise: Act as a subject matter expert (SME) across LivePerson’s product suite, offering technical and industry insights to internal teams (R&D, Marketing, Partner Relations) and customers.
  • Conduct Competitive Intelligence: Stay informed on market competitors and provide insights within ethical guidelines to strengthen positioning.
  • Lead Proposal Development: Contribute to responses for RFPs, RFIs, and RFTs, mentoring junior team members in Solution Consulting.
  • Support Education & Enablement: Train partner networks, sales teams, and delivery teams on LivePerson solutions while participating in industry conferences as a speaker or demo lead. Also, you will learn from our partner’s best and latest products and solutions to later on evangelize LivePerson sales teams and support them in the sales process.
  • Lead strategic proposals and negotiations with extensive authority and domain expertise.
  • Engage with executives and C-level stakeholders, influencing product strategy and driving cross-regional initiatives.
  • Serve as a thought leader in Messaging and Conversational AI and enterprise solutions including voice internally and externally shaping global enablement and mentorship efforts.
  • Provide deep insights into the competitive landscape, guiding solution positioning and differentiation.
  • Spearhead business and technical architecture strategies, contributing to product development and overall solution strategy.
  • Work closely with LivePerson’s partners network to support them across the sales cycle.
  • Learn the latest and greatest products and solutions from our partners network and evangelize LivePerson on them.
