Requirements

Candidates must have at least 3 years of work experience in sales engineering, solutions consulting, information technology, or cybersecurity. Experience in a quota-carrying role selling to Fortune 500 or Global 1000 companies is required. Proficiency in IT fundamentals, including computer hardware/software, databases, networking, security, and software development, is essential. Knowledge of information security concepts, domains, compliances, and standards is necessary, along with hands-on experience with Windows and Linux operating systems, security tools, and public cloud environments. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience is required.

Responsibilities

The Solutions Consultant will maintain expert technical knowledge of Immersive Labs’ Cyber Workforce Resilience Platform and competitor technologies. They will identify and help define prospective customers’ technical requirements to align with Immersive Labs’ value proposition. The role involves engaging C-level executives and technical cybersecurity professionals through in-depth solution demonstrations and managing proof-of-concepts. They will act as a security advisor throughout the technical sales cycle, partner with Sales to develop strategies for securing technical wins, and collaborate with product, content, and engineering teams to influence product innovation.
