Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the sales team to craft compelling Paystack solution proposals and pitches for potential clients
  • Lead technical discovery calls, asking the right questions to understand the prospect’s technical setup, payment challenges, and how they plan to use Paystack
  • Demonstrate Paystack’s product capabilities through live demos, API clients, sample projects, and other tools to help prospects visualize seamless integration
  • Collaborate with newly signed merchants and the sales team to design tailored payment solutions
  • Prepare clear, structured Scope of Work documents to guide merchants through implementation
  • Ensure a smooth API onboarding experience by troubleshooting issues and optimizing integrations for scalability
  • Regularly review merchant performance, providing recommendations to optimize payments and unlock growth opportunities
  • Act as a trusted technical advisor, addressing escalations and maintaining strong client relationships
  • Identify upsell opportunities by recommending additional Paystack products and services
  • Gather feedback to improve Paystack’s product offerings and ensure long-term client success
  • Own the technical sales strategy for a specific industry or region
  • Develop and maintain an Industry Strategy Playbook, outlining how Paystack’s solutions address market-specific needs and challenges
