Responsibilities

Work closely with the sales team to craft compelling Paystack solution proposals and pitches for potential clients
Lead technical discovery calls, asking the right questions to understand the prospect’s technical setup, payment challenges, and how they plan to use Paystack
Demonstrate Paystack’s product capabilities through live demos, API clients, sample projects, and other tools to help prospects visualize seamless integration
Collaborate with newly signed merchants and the sales team to design tailored payment solutions
Prepare clear, structured Scope of Work documents to guide merchants through implementation
Ensure a smooth API onboarding experience by troubleshooting issues and optimizing integrations for scalability
Regularly review merchant performance, providing recommendations to optimize payments and unlock growth opportunities
Act as a trusted technical advisor, addressing escalations and maintaining strong client relationships
Identify upsell opportunities by recommending additional Paystack products and services
Gather feedback to improve Paystack’s product offerings and ensure long-term client success
Own the technical sales strategy for a specific industry or region
Develop and maintain an Industry Strategy Playbook, outlining how Paystack’s solutions address market-specific needs and challenges
