Proficiency in Python is required for building on the Writer Framework, and experience working with APIs, particularly Generative AI services, is necessary. Excellent communication and collaboration skills are a must, as is the ability to translate complex technical concepts into practical business language for non-technical audiences. Candidates should be highly versatile and customer outcome oriented, with a strong problem-solving ability and experience working across multiple customer stakeholders.
The Solutions Architect will partner with Account Executives and prospects to validate use cases and uncover how they can leverage Writer's solutions. They will scope business and technical needs, conduct discovery on existing processes, and build custom templates for customers. Leading proof-of-concept pilots to validate technical requirements is essential, along with acting as the technical lead for RFP responses. The role requires developing a deep understanding of Writer solutions and the broader AI landscape, collaborating with Product and Engineering to ensure optimal outputs, and serving as a technical liaison for the Partner ecosystem.
