Candidates should possess 5+ years of professional work experience, with at least 2 years in solutions architecture, sales engineering, or SaaS implementation. Strong business acumen, knowledge of complex data models, and expertise in SQL or similar programming languages are required, along with a deep understanding of APIs, web/mobile SDKs, and related technologies.
The Solutions Architect will primarily support technical aspects of customer onboarding, work with customer marketing, product, and engineering teams to advise on Simon’s integration into customer marketing and data stacks, translate customer use cases into workflows, diagnose challenges at the intersection of data and marketing, and convey the voice of customers to product and engineering teams. They will also work closely with Simon Data’s sales, client solutions, engineering, and product teams to help shape product vision and deployment strategy.

Built on Snowflake, it uses zero-ETL technology to integrate data from various sources into a single customer profile without requiring complex programming. Marketing teams can easily create detailed audience profiles and sync them to marketing platforms in real-time for personalized outreach.
