General Summary

The Solution Architect is responsible for designing and delivering scalable, efficient, and integrated technology solutions that align with the business goals of ConnectWise. This role will partner with cross-functional teams to shape the architectural landscape, identify optimization opportunities, and ensure effective use of enterprise systems, including Salesforce, Zuora, NetSuite, Boomi, and related solutions. The Solution Architect will play a critical role in transforming business requirements into technical solutions that support seamless end-to-end processes across all systems.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Collaborates with business partners, product teams, and IT stakeholders to translate functional requirements and business outcomes into scalable, efficient, and supportable technology solutions.
  • Designs and maintains the architectural blueprint for enterprise applications (Salesforce, Zuora, NetSuite, Boomi) to ensure alignment with business goals and best practices.
  • Identifies opportunities to improve system performance, scalability, and usability across the technology stack, with a focus on streamlining processes and reducing technical debt.
  • Leads the evaluation and implementation of new technologies, ensuring successful implementation with existing systems.
  • Partners with business and technical teams to create and enforce standards for system configurations, data governance, and security.
  • Provides technical leadership and guidance on the implementation of new features, customizations, and upgrades across the enterprise platforms.
  • Documents architecture solutions and ensures alignment with company standards and compliance requirements.
  • Continuously monitors industry trends and best practices in enterprise applications and integration to recommend improvements to the tech landscape.
  • Troubleshoots complex technical challenges, identifies root causes, and drives resolution in collaboration.
