Backed by significant funding from top-tier venture capital firms, we're transforming the way we interact with and analyze media. We are seeking a Solutions Architect to join our Go-to-Market (GTM) team and empower developers and enterprises to build intelligent video applications using our APIs. This role offers a high degree of autonomy and close collaboration with product and GTM teams to drive company growth. You will engage with diverse customer groups (developers, startups, enterprises) to understand their challenges and expectations, designing and executing experiments to demonstrate the value of our API.

Requirements

  • Strong technical acumen and understanding of video and AI concepts.
  • Ability to design and execute experiments to demonstrate the value of our API.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead technical conversations with customers.
  • Curiosity and a desire to understand customer business challenges.
  • Comfortable working in a rapidly evolving and unstructured environment.

Responsibilities

  • Brainstorming with the GTM team on new applications for our models.
  • Meeting with key decision-makers at customer companies to discuss how to leverage our APIs.
  • Serving as the customer’s internal advocate and liaison.
  • Designing and scoping functional evaluations to demonstrate the transformative business value of our API.
  • Working closely with product and GTM teams to lay the foundation for company growth.
