We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Account Executive to drive net new revenue through the sale of Adobe’s Content Supply Chain solutions. This role requires a proactive “hunter” mentality, strong consultative selling skills, and a passion for leading-edge online marketing technologies. You’ll be responsible for building relationships, understanding customer needs, and exceeding sales quotas.

Requirements

  • Experience: A minimum of 5 years of prior enterprise-level outside software sales experience, preferably within web technology and/or digital marketing solutions.
  • Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Sites, Assets, and Forms, and Workfront or similar solutions.
  • Competitive Awareness: Strong understanding of the competitive landscape for Adobe’s solutions.
  • Sales Performance: Proven track record of success and a history of exceeding quota.
  • Skills:
    • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, organizational, and attention to detail skills.
    • Creative self-starter with the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

  • Prospecting: Perform outbound prospecting activities to generate new business for Adobe’s Content Supply Chain solutions within an existing Adobe customer base.
  • Account Planning: Build, develop, lead, and execute an account plan to serve as a roadmap for success.
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain an active pipeline of forecasted sales to meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual quota objectives.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Handle, coordinate, collaborate, and work with various cross-functional groups within Adobe (Product, Marketing, Legal, Finance) to successfully manage the entire sales cycle.
  • Relationship Building: Build strong, lasting relationships with customers by understanding their needs and business objectives.
  • Solution Knowledge: Acquire and maintain a working knowledge of the complete capabilities of Adobe’s Experience Cloud solutions.

Pay within this range varies by work location and may depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP). Certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
