The ideal candidate should have 1-4 years of experience in a sales engineering, solutions engineering, or technical consultant role, with SaaS experience preferred. They must possess the ability to effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, and demonstrate experience presenting to decision makers and C-Level executives, particularly those in marketing. Strong analytical skills and a sales mindset are also required.
As a Solutions Engineer at Showpad, you will collaborate with Account Executives to demonstrate the value of the Showpad solution, question customer’s status quo, and uncover their pains, create custom demo environments based on customer use cases, and serve as a technical resource around CRM, SSO, MDM, and API technologies. You will also be a trusted advisor to internal and external constituents, optimize communication, ensure effective knowledge transfer, and assist the Sales team in growing their business.
