Requirements
Candidates should have 5-7 years of experience in a pre-sales engineering or technical consulting role, preferably in a SaaS or UCaaS company. They must possess a strong understanding of REST APIs, webhooks, and application integration best practices, along with experience using at least one major programming/scripting language such as JavaScript, Python, or Node.js. Exceptional communication and presentation skills are also required.
Responsibilities
The Applications Solutions Architect will partner with Account Executives to drive pre-sales technical engagements with prospective customers, lead discovery sessions to understand customer workflows and integration needs, design custom solutions using RingCentral APIs, SDKs, and third-party integrations, deliver product demos and proof-of-concepts, provide technical guidance during RFP/RFI responses, and act as a liaison between customers and internal teams to provide feedback on product improvements. They will also support post-sale transitions and ensure smooth handoff to implementation and support teams.
