Requirements

Candidates should possess a strong understanding of solution design principles and methodologies, with experience in global implementations and a proven ability to gather and document business requirements. Experience working with HRIS systems, particularly Workday, is highly desirable, along with the ability to translate business needs into configuration documents and integration requirements. Familiarity with international employment laws and compliance is also beneficial.

Responsibilities

The Solution Design Consultant will lead global requirements gathering workshops to determine business needs, collaborate with a project team to establish project schedules and expectations, and liaise with various teams to develop solution designs ensuring consistency across countries. They will consult with clients on best practices, standardization, and transformation, guide Implementation Consultants, ensure business requirements are accurately documented, configure systems to transform client files, and support testing activities. Furthermore, the consultant will work with clients to create HCM design documents, integration requirement documents, and internal specifications for non-Workday clients.
