Requirements

The HCM Consultant should possess seasoned HR expertise, particularly in US Federal Government implementations, with preferred experience in Core HR, Compensation, Benefits, and Recruiting. They are expected to be an expert in Workday’s HCM product suite and US Federal-specific functionality, demonstrating a strong understanding of Workday’s Implementation Methodology.

Responsibilities

The HCM Consultant will be responsible for ensuring the successful implementation of Workday’s Human Capital Management solution by eliciting and documenting customer business requirements, configuring the Workday solution, documenting solutions, supporting data conversion and integration teams, and assisting clients with testing and system knowledge transfer. They will also communicate regularly with the Engagement Manager regarding project status, risks, and mitigations, and provide liaison support for key functional discussions.
