Requirements

Candidates should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, such as a Technical Consultant, Technical Account Manager, Implementation Project Manager, or Pre-sales Consultant. Previous deployment experience with SaaS products, particularly in an HR-related field, is preferred. Project management skills are essential, along with an understanding of APIs and SSO configuration and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

As the Solution Deployment Manager, you will manage all phases of the implementation lifecycle, from sales turnover to handover to support, collaborating with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams. You will drive project management, define 360Learning platform architecture for clients, facilitate integrations and third-party app implementations, guide client customization, and ensure the successful deployment of the platform. Additionally, you will follow customer portfolios to increase product adoption, deliver complementary solutions, conduct platform audits, provide professional services, and support strategic customers throughout their contracts.
