The Implementation Manager will lead the deployment of Rad AI products to radiology practices and health systems, ensuring a smooth onboarding process by managing project timelines, dependencies, and communications. This role involves planning, monitoring, and managing complex customer-facing projects, defining tailored project plans, and resolving issues through data-driven decision making. Responsibilities also include understanding customer workflows, gathering requirements, building partnerships, ensuring milestone delivery, performing risk management, leading calls, and collaborating with internal teams for project success. Additionally, the manager will contribute to building world-class implementation practices and documentation.
