Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years of experience within the Life Sciences industry, demonstrating a strong understanding of Clinical Operations, including clinical trials, regulatory compliance, and industry workflows. They must be willing to travel 20-30% primarily in the US as needed, and demonstrate an ability to quickly learn new technologies.

Responsibilities

As a Solution Consultant, the individual will work closely with new and existing customers to translate requirements into Veeva Vault Clinical Operations solutions, providing value-based presentations and demonstrations to support sales opportunities. They will collaborate with Sales, Product, and Strategy teams, lead Sales Workshops and Proof of Concepts (POCs), and support existing customers with new initiatives. Additionally, they will provide solution-based responses to RFx/RFIs, support Marketing activities such as webinars and industry events, and contribute to expanding the clinical footprint or new service opportunities.
