Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree (BS) or 6+ years of direct experience, supported by a relevant technical certification such as those offered by Microsoft, Cisco, Amazon, and ISC2. Minimum 5 years of experience in sales engineering, implementation engineering, system administration, architecture, or project management, preferably within the healthcare industry, and familiarity with clinical technology systems.
The Clinical Solutions Architect (CSA) Sales Engineer will provide Subject Matter Expert (SME) support to the Sales organization, assisting with scoping and quoting the technical, functional, and clinical capabilities of Baxter’s Care Communications product portfolio. They will capture customer scoping information, generate architecture diagrams, quotes, Statements of Work (SoW), Change Orders, and Concessions, and manage them throughout the process. Furthermore, they will provide project/order documentation to Order Management and Service Delivery Teams, participate in customer communication, education, and presentations, and collaborate with sales team counterparts to acquire vital information for accurate solution scoping and quoting.
