Requirements

Candidates must possess a minimum of 5 years of technical experience, along with at least 3 years of customer-facing experience in a Solution Architect or similar role, ideally within the security or compliance industry while supporting large Enterprise customers. Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Python, Java, C#, Ruby, or .NET is required, alongside a solid understanding of the application development lifecycle, RESTful API design concepts, and expertise in security protocols, cloud infrastructure, and software development.

Responsibilities

As a Solution Architect, you will lead the technical implementation for Vanta’s largest Enterprise customers, ensuring successful deployment of the Trust Management Platform. You will collaborate with customers to understand their security and compliance requirements, design tailored solutions, and participate in customer pre- and post-sales scoping calls, alongside ongoing collaboration through various meetings. You will provide expert guidance on the platform, work with Product and Engineering teams to influence product enhancements, conduct training sessions, and serve as the primary technical point of contact for strategic Enterprise customers, building strong relationships and ensuring their satisfaction.
