Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree and at least three years of experience within the Life Sciences industry, demonstrating a strong understanding of Clinical Operations, including clinical trials, regulatory compliance, and relevant industry workflows. They must be willing to travel approximately 20-30% of the time, primarily within the United States, and possess the ability to quickly learn new technologies.
As a Solution Consultant, the individual will work closely with new and existing customers to translate their requirements and business needs into viable Veeva Vault Clinical Operations solutions, providing value-based presentations and demonstrations to support new business development opportunities. They will collaborate internally with Sales, Product, and Strategy teams, lead Sales Workshops and Proof of Concepts (POCs), and support existing customers with new initiatives to expand Veeva’s clinical footprint. Furthermore, they will contribute to Marketing activities by creating videos, presenting webinars, and attending industry events, and respond to Request for Proposals/Information (RFx/RFIs) with solution-based responses.
