Experience working with channel partners, including Solutions Providers, Managed Service Partners, and Resell Partners, is essential. A proven ability to build trusted relationships and deliver compelling technical and sales training is required. Familiarity with cloud-delivered workload, identity, and data protection approaches, as well as competitive landscapes and attacker methodologies, is necessary. Experience with partner enablement resources such as portals, demo tools, NFR environments, and POC/POV methodologies is also needed.
The Channel Solution Architect will support Alliance Managers in growing CrowdStrike's business with channel partners by educating them on the security platform and ensuring their technical readiness. Responsibilities include building relationships with partner technical and sales staff, technically enabling partners to pitch, demo, deploy, and support CrowdStrike solutions, and driving partners towards technical independence. The role involves consulting on partner performance, leading partners to achieve accreditation and certification, guiding partners on testing and POC/POV methodologies, and identifying joint opportunities. Additionally, the architect will participate in partner events, leverage technology integrations for growth, develop partner-led professional services, and act as a liaison between partners and internal CrowdStrike teams to facilitate deal cycles and overcome obstacles.
