Requirements

Responsibilities

The Solution Architect will provide deep technical expertise during the pre-sales process for the US Public Sector business, focusing on Artificial Intelligence, Data, and Workflow. Responsibilities include creating and communicating architecture and strategies to executive audiences, guiding cross-functional teams through complex challenges, identifying friction points, and architecting scalable solutions. The role involves overseeing the design of AI-native systems, interacting with customers to understand their needs, creating programs to demonstrate platform value, and providing mentoring and training to colleagues. Additionally, the architect will perform product demonstrations, scope and deliver Proof of Concept/Proof of Value engagements, stay current on product developments, support marketing events, and collaborate with sales and solution consulting peers to solve complex government problems.
