Experience with secure software development practices and handling sensitive health data is also required.
The Software Engineering Manager will lead a team of engineers, delegating work and providing mentorship, while also contributing as a hands-on developer and individual contributor with an architectural design mindset. They will be responsible for identifying, conceiving, and delivering software solutions independently, analyzing existing applications, and migrating them to a microservice architecture. The role involves collaborating with various teams to understand user needs and architect effective technical solutions, building infrastructure to handle high transaction volumes, designing scalable software, writing modular code, and ensuring a best-in-class development environment.
