Candidates should possess a minimum of 4 years of experience developing and documenting processes, process steps, and standard operating procedures, along with strategic thinking and strong interpersonal and analytical skills. They should also demonstrate results-focused and time management skills, able to prioritize milestones, and lead internal and external resources to meet project goals. Intermediate proficiency in MS Office suite of tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and SQL or MSFT Power BI proficiency is preferred, as well as experience administering systems and system enhancements.
The Asset Management Sr Analyst, EAM will standardize, audit, query, and cleanse EAM system data and develop governance processes to maintain data cleanliness. They will identify opportunities to automate, centralize, and simplify processes, including improvements through technology or system-related enhancements, collaborating with IT, vendors, and other functional departments to implement these improvements. The role involves discovering and documenting existing operational processes and insights from the field and corporate office, engaging leaders and the field to translate complex processes into easily understood components and develop consistent standard operating procedures. Furthermore, they will review and track key operational and financial metrics, build reports and other tools to track these metrics, develop quality training content and manage the rollout of new or adjusted processes, design and update Fleet & Asset Management process documentation, and perform system and dashboard test scripts.
