Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor of Science degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field, along with strong computer science fundamentals. A proven track record of at least one year of experience in JavaScript, Python, or TypeScript is required. Strong team collaboration, a sense of ownership, customer empathy, and excellent communication skills, including comfort speaking with external customers, are essential. Experience with REST APIs and authentication methods like OAuth 2.0 and Basic is also necessary.

Responsibilities

The Software Engineer will work directly with customers to architect, deploy, and enhance AI Agents using Replicant's platform, taking end-to-end ownership of customer implementations. They will collaborate with developers, QA, project teams, and customers to ensure implementations exceed expectations and integrate Replicant's solution with customer systems, including designing APIs. Responsibilities also include guiding customers through technical decisions, providing technical mentorship, working with internal tools for AI Agent creation, participating in on-call rotations, and performing minimal travel for customer requirement analysis.
